Thank you for your interest in establishing a wholesale account with iWader. We receive many requests from customers wanting to purchase products at wholesale prices, so to protect the integrity of our valued retailers we require the following information before opening new accounts for retailers who want to purchase from us at wholesale prices:
- A TAX NUMBER or FEDERAL ID NUMBER, and a PROVEN AND ESTABLISHED BUSINESS WITH A CLEAR RELATIONSHIP TO FISHING AND WADING PRODUCTS
- A BUSINESS CHECKING ACCOUNT – WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS – OR A MERCHANT ACCOUNT
- A REGISTERED BUSINESS TELEPHONE NUMBER
- RETAILERS SHOULD PURCHASE AT LEAST $5,000 WORTH OF PRODUCT PER YEAR. BUSINESSES THAT PURCHASE LESS THAN $5,000 WILL BE REVIEWED AND MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO ORDER THE FOLLOWING YEAR.
- YOU MUST HAVE A BUSINESS THAT RELATES TO THE PRODUCTS YOU WISH TO PURCHASE.
- THE FIRST 12 MONTHS OF CONDUCTING BUSINESS WILL BE C.O.D., AT THE END OF THE 12 MONTH PERIOD CREDIT MAY BE EXTENDED UPON REVIEW AND THE BELOW FORMS COMPLETED.
- FOR CUSTOMERS PURCHASING ONLINE PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF THE ONLINE PURCHASE.
